Tarot is a beautiful one-year old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on August 6, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found her on Walnut Street in Belpre Ohio. Tarot was not wearing a collar, and she was not microchipped.
This young lady has a sleek black short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with gorgeous bronze/orange eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.
Tarot has a playful 'Type A' outgoing personality and seems to never have met a stranger. She is always at the front of her cage pushing her cute paws through the bars at the slightest chance of some attention.
Tarot was given vaccinations, wormer and flea treatment on August 10, 2024. She weighed 6.3 lbs that day. Tarot was given booster vaccines August 23rd.
These updated photos of Tarot were taken on September 15, 2024 while she posed for glamour pictures and explored our 'studio'. This little beauty appears to be a wanna-be Bombay kitty with her shiny black coat and orange eyes. Tarot is quite playful and enjoyed belly rubs after she tired of pussyfooting around. Tarot tends to give little 'love nips' as part of her playtime routine.
Tarot was spayed on September 17, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 7.1 lbs that day. While under anesthesia, Tarot's left ear was examined and an aural polyp in her left ear was surgically removed.
Tarot is ready to find a fabulous home either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
