Breeder closeout. Fiona is a small shihtzu that needs to learn how to be a pet. She is friendly, but shy. Fiona hasn't been socialized or held much. She really wants to warm up to people she just is unsure how. She will need work to get housetrained. But she is so sweet and has lots of potential to be a great pet.
