My adoption fee is $200 which covers my annual distemper booster, rabies, and being spayed/neutered and microchipped.
Pluto would make a great family dog! He loves to play and is good with kids.
Sometimes he can get a little too excited and knock down younger kids but as he is decompressing in his foster home he is calming down.
Pluto was in the shelter for a year, so he is enjoying his new freedom. I do not think he is a high energy dog; he just needs time to decompress in his new home.
He has only had 2 pee accidents in his crate at night and is almost potty trained.
He loves being outside so I think a fenced in back yard would be good for him. He does love to dig like most hounds do
He could benefit from basic obedience and leash training.
He is dog friendly and would probably enjoy a home with another dog who likes to play!
One of His foster sisters is a senior dog and doesn’t care for him because he wants to play, and she doesn’t.
Cats are 50/50 and he might do well in a home without cats or a home who has space for their cats to get away from dogs.
