My name is Leche!

Leche (Milk) and his brother Chai found themselves unwanted and on death row in a high kill shelter in West Texas.  He loves other dogs. They love everyone and everything. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.

Leche loves to know where his people are. He can be found hanging near by and checks in with them while playing. He will rest quietly on a dog bed in the room or at your feet if you're lap isn't available for him while you work. he is a super snuggler. He likes his kennel, but would prefer to have it in the room you are in at night. He kennels quietly when near the foster siblings while the foster is gone from the home. He likes to chew on bones or chewies and is showing interest in stuffies.   He doesn't get into things he shouldn't (so far) and enjoys being outside if his people or dog friends are out with him. He mastered a full string of stairs in a day, even with his short little legs and mastered a doggie as well. He is quick to learn things. He loves playing with dogs, the bigger ones take him a moment to size them up but, if they are respectful and patient he will reward them with his version of big dog play. He is respectful of the older cranky dog in the home as well.  His morning zoomies are so fun to watch but then he will just chill for a while once done.  With frequent outings and priase he is doing great on the potty training and bonus, he keeps his kennel clean overnight. He has seen a groomer and did great with all things like bathing, brushing, nail trims and hair cut, he wasn't a huge fan of the facework(most aren't), but with regular grooming that will be perfected as well. This little guy is as sweet as they come and would make a great companion to almost any household.
