Essie is a 6/7 year old rescue that I pulled out from under a dumpster at my workplace while she was still under a year old.
It took her a little while to adapt to indoor life, but once she did, she became an incredibly friendly, loving & caring cat, but, like most cats, it's on her own terms.
She loves to play, but mostly on her own, unless you're going to throw her something with catnip on it.
She loves a nice Sunbeam nap.
She will physically nap in your lap, but this is only a very recent development.
