My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dutchess is a Great Pyr mix. 1 yo spayed. 65 lbs. She is great with kids, dogs and cats. She is potty trained and even though she is deaf she likes music!!! This beautiful girl was adopted in Texas after being found in sweltering heat at just 2 months old. Sadly her owner was diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing rigorous treatment and couldn't keep her so they let her go live with a friend who was to care for her. This didn't work out so well as they were letting her wander. Because this girl is deaf, for her safety was taken into animal control. If you are the person who could give this wonderful girl her true forever apply today!!!

Thank you for choosing rescue.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers who have volunteered in rescue for almost 10 years. We are so committed to rescue, spay/neuter, medical care for homeless dogs and wanted to make a difference so we started our own non-profit, 501c3, USDA approved rescue in Massachusetts. We work with rescue partners in Texas to address the growing incidence of animal homelessness.
