HONDA NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!
Come meet Honda and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (03/30) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Falls Church, VA (6100A Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044)!

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids, but she can be tested. This sweet girl shouldn't go to a home with cats.
Currently Living at: Foster home in the DC area
Honda is Looking For: This sweet mama raised her babies Harley, Helena, Horace, Hubert, and Humphrey to be wonderful family pets and Civic-minded citizens of the dog community, and now they're off to find their own forever homes; this Prologue to her new chapter is closed.
Honda is now on an Odyssey to find her forever home! She's a young girl and hasn't seen nearly enough of the world. She's eager for long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures her new humans can dream up. Making new pup and people pals along the way - yes, please! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are high on her wish list as well.
Most of all, though, she just wants to be safe and loved and under her own roof. In exchange, she promises to ink her paw on an Accord where she promises to give you adoring gazes and happy tail wags and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is she the one you can see trotting by your side? Are you ready to be the Pilot Honda is seeking?
What My Foster Says About Me: Honda is a fun-loving, cuddly girl just waiting to make her forever family happy! She bonds to her people very quickly and loves to give snuggles and kisses. Squeaky toys and tennis balls are her absolute favorite to play with and she will keep herself occupied playing with them for hours! She is also an avid TV watcher, and loves watching all the squirrels and birds on the dog channel. Honda gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with her friends at the doggie park. Honda loves treats and she especially enjoys when hoomans give her time to bond, love, attention, and treats. Honda is truly such a joy and instantly lifts the spirits of everyone around her.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.

The individual responsible for the dog you are interested in adopting - a position we call the “adoption coordinator” - will then set up a time to discuss your application over the telephone. The adoption coordinator will check your vet reference to make sure all current and past pets were kept up-to-date with their shots and medical care. The adoption coordinator will also set up a home visit with one of our trained volunteers. That individual will come to your home to ensure that it is a safe environment, to confirm that everyone in the home is on board with adopting a dog, and to discuss any other questions you may have about dog adoption!
