My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Xavier: The Handsome Gentleheart of Vermont**

In the cozy confines of the Cat Lounge, you’ll find Xavier, our striking orange tabby with a gentle soul. At just two years old, this shy yet friendly fellow embodies curiosity and kindness. While he appreciates the peacefulness of a quieter setting, Xavier is always ready to explore the world around him at his own pace.

Though he experienced a traumatic event this summer, Xavier has shown remarkable resilience, bouncing back with a calm demeanor that endears him to all. He tolerates every cat and kitten with grace, making him a beloved member of our furry family. His favorite companions are his housemates, Charro and Carlos, and you’ll often find them sharing cozy moments together.

Xavier is very food-motivated, and the promise of a tasty treat can coax him out of his shell. He loves gentle pets and cherishes the warmth of both human and feline companionship. When he’s not socializing, you can find him nestled in a cozy hiding spot, where he feels safe and secure.

With his sweet disposition and handsome looks, Xavier is a true testament to the gentle spirit of Vermont, reminding us all of the beauty in kindness and companionship.
