My name is Casper!

Casper is a sweet old man who was rescued from the Humane Society.  He was found a stray with a microchip but his family didn't come to get him.  When we got him he was extremely matted, had horribly infected ears, horribly infected teeth and dry eyes.  He has since been seen by the vet and had his teeth and ears fixed and he is feeling much better.  He does have dry eyes and will need drops forever but he is very easy to handle and doesn't mind getting the drops.  He is very quiet and sleeps most of the day.
