Lemon is a 6-9 month-old, DNA sexed, Green Cheek Conure. She loves hanging out on shoulders or heads watching the action, and ADORES cheek and head rubs, once she is comfortable with someone. Lemon was hand-fed and is very social but does still need some work. She’s not to keen standing on hands or arms but loves snuggling in your hair and preening it.  Lemon was abandoned 3 months ago when her owners moved. She was rescued and lovingly cared for. She now has a brand new spacious cage and she was taken to an avian veterinarian to make sure she was in good health. She was on a all seed diet but now is on 75% Roudybush pellets 25% conure seed mixture. She is being rehomed because the new owner’s cats are circling the cage hunting her and is an accident waiting to happen. Even though Lemon is in a separate room the cats seize every opportunity to get at her. Lemon needs a home where she can safely be able to socialize with people.
