Make your life a Cabaret and adopt Liza with a Z!
After being abandoned pregnant, this sweet, playful, and chatty young cat has a lot of love to give... and receive. Liza bumps her head into your hands to ask for petting and rolls on the carpet when she's looking for belly rubs. She would do great in a home with other cats and/or with young children who can give her the attention she deserves.
When Liza first arrived at PAWS she had previously tested positive for FeLV at another facility, but then tested negative during her intake exam. She is scheduled to be retested again in October, so because of her unknown status she would need to be the only cat in her home until she can be retested at least one more time.
**Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) is a virus that is specific to cats that weakens a cat’s immune system. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy lives—but with a shorter life expectancy than cats without FeLV. At PAWS, we believe every pet deserves to live out their life in a loving home for whatever time they have. We hope you'll consider opening your home to this special kitty! For more information feel free to check out the FeLV FAQs we have available on our website!**
FeLV+ adopters are also eligible for an Amazon gift card after adoption! Our staff can let you know more during/after your adoption!
