- Total love bug who just wants to be close to his people

- Loves to play, especially fetch

- Has a permanent grin on his face

- Has done well in the car. likes to curl up in the back seat and relax

- Smart guy who knows sit and come; working on learning down and stay with the help of treats

- Seems to be potty trained, just remember any dog may take time to adjust to a new schedule and routine

- Doesn't love going in his kennel, but will settle nicely after a little bit

- Enjoys going on walks and is working on walking next to his person

- Has done well with another dog in his foster home and is started to learn how to pick up on the other dog's cues

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
