My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Lala

*Age: 4 years old

*Current Weight: 46 lbs

*Rescued from: South Carolina

*Adoption fee: $400

Meet Lala, a precious 4-year-old pittie mix.

Lala's journey began when she was found as a stray alongside who we believe to be her son, Lincoln. Together, they had braved the streets in search of food and a place to call home. Despite the hardships they faced, Lala's resilient spirit and capacity to love never wavered.

Lala is a truly sweet and gentle soul. She is a perfect companion dog with unconditional love to give to the people in her pack. She's ALWAYS happy to see you, whether it be after a few minutes, hours or days, as evident by her tail that wags with pure delight and her cheek to cheek beaming smile.

This girl will gladly spend hours getting head rubs on her big beautiful noggin, or snuggling up beside you, just to be close to you. (She is a FANTASTIC cuddler, btw.)

Lala enjoys going on walks, car rides, sunbathing, chewing on bones and toys, and running around in the yard with her foster fur-siblings. Lala is incredibly food motivated (and not a picky eater), very clever, eager to please, and always up for a chance to try new tricks or treats. She is house trained, crate trained, and is working on basic training.

Lala is shy and timid at first with new people and takes a little bit to warm up, but is an absolute love bug who has quite the big, beaming personality once she is comfortable with you.

Lala is currently living in a loving foster home, patiently waiting to find her forever home where she can bask in the love, comfort, and security she deserves. She longs for a family who will cherish her, provide the stability and attention she craves, while continuing to challenge her to learn and help her experience all that the world has to offer.

With her gentle nature and loving disposition, Lala is sure to bring endless happiness and warmth to any home and family lucky enough to welcome her.

Are you patient enough to let this shy girl blossom? Are you ready to open your heart and home to this sweet soul? Then apply now to come meet and adopt Lala!
