Have you been looking for a way protect your business, barn, or residence from pests? These working cats may be the solution youandamp;#39;ve been looking for! andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Working cats are unsocialized cats that arenandamp;#39;t interested in being pets. Our staff will work with you to choose the level of socialization that best suits your needs. All working cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, ear-tipped and vaccinated against rabies and feline distemper. andlt;br/andgt;What do YOU need to provide for a working cat?andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Permanent shelter. andlt;br/andgt;Daily food and water. andlt;br/andgt;Basic medical care as needed, including vaccinations post adoption.andlt;br/andgt;We recommend adopting 2 or 3 working cats at a time, so they have companions in their new homes.andlt;br/andgt; A 2-3-week acclimation period is required for the cats to learn their new surroundings and caretakers.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;There are NO adoption fees for working cats and our Community Cat Coordinator will provide assistance to help make sure your working cat acclimates properly.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Got questions? Meet the Pet
We recommend bringing the whole family, including resident dogs, to meet the pet you're interested in adopting to ensure it's a good match.

Sign Adoption Contract
Our adoption team will review the adoption contract with you. Adoption fees are $30 for dogs and $5 for cats unless during a special promo.

All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
