Knucks is a sweet 12-year-old Chihuahua who came to Famous Fido Rescue after his guardian passed away, leaving him and his canine family without a home. Knucks is deeply bonded with Little Man, another Chihuahua from the same group, and they are hoping to find a forever home where they can stay together. Knucks is gentle and loyal, thriving on the companionship of his best friend. These two would make a perfect pair for anyone looking to bring double the love and affection into their lives. Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
