Tink actually found us when she showed up in our garage half starved. It was apparent that she used to be someone's pet but was now lost or abandoned and now starving. We took her in and she adjusted well to her new home, getting along with the other two cats. She even got along with our elderly lab. However, despite all our attempts at making them friends, she still has not warmed up to our young Blue Heeler. She won't stop running away from him and his instinct is to chase. We just are afraid she's going to get hurt.
Tink loves people, needs lots of petting, and is very mellow (unless she wants atttention and then you will be notified!). She also loves to play! She does require brushing as her long hair will knot otherwise. (Brushing her is tricky and treats or good food is needed to keep her in one place). She also loves to sleep with her people.
She is a very sweet and beautiful cat. She just needs a home with no dogs and people who will give her lots of attention.
