Meet Wero
Wero is a beautiful Yellow Lab who is approximately 8 months old and weighs 26 pounds. He came to us from the border of Mexico with his 2 sisters.

He is a sweet and gentle boy that hugs and kisses. He loves everyone. He is social, friendly and loves the water.

He would love to go on hikes in the woods and swim in lakes and oceans. He is the type of dog that you could take anywhere with you

Wero is located in at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Geneva, IL on October 12th. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost.

More about this rescue

My name is Tracy. I started Tracy's Paws Rescue with my dear friend Rhonda Harmon. Texas has a lot of unwanted stray dog on the streets and in our shelters. We are dedicated to helping them find loving families. We rescue, spay/neuter, adopt out, transport, educate through the Live Like a Dog PAWS program and advocate for stronger laws and the enforcement of existing ones.
