Meet Ryder, an adorable puppy born on July 24, 2024! This curious little lab and possible shepherd mix is on a big adventure as he explores the world around him. Though he’s still learning the ropes and can be a bit timid at times, Ryder’s foster family dogs are stepping in to guide him. They’re showing him how to play, navigate stairs, and embrace all the joys of being a dog.

With each wag of his tail and cautious step forward, Ryder is growing braver and discovering the magic of puppyhood. He can’t wait to make new friends and continue his journey of learning and love! To meet this sweetie please apply at www.havenanimalrescuenebraska.org

ADOPTION DONATION FEE: $400 includes neuter when old enough, microchip and vaccinations up to date.

We do not have a facility. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals. We are a state licensed, 501c3 nonprofit rescue and the adoption donation may be tax deductible for you. Thank you for choosing adoption!!
