A note from the foster

`Hello Everyone! This handsome guy here is Bucky (A728549), aka Buck/Young Buck?? is my current foster pup.
Bucky is a 3 y.o., male, German Shepherd/Mix. He is kennel trained, friendly with other dogs, interested/curious in cats, & chickens (still working on boundaries), & great with kids of various ages. Bucky is great on a leash, & loves going for walks in the park with his buddy & running around the dog park. Bucky is great at patrolling the yard while the kids are playing, & stays near them while either on the playground or trampoline. Bucky is a jumper, & if left unattended in a short fence will jump & make his way to his friends. Like I previously stated though he does great in his kennel. Bucky would be a great companion for a family who is willing to spend quality time with him & has great potential for more obedience training. If interested in adopting this guy, we plan to be at ACS Dogtober Event Oct. 26. Come out & meet Bucky!`

Animal Care Services (ACS) does not accept online submission of adoption applications. All adoptions are on a first come, first served basis.

1. Tour the kennels and find a pet you’re interested in. The shelter staff can help you get acquainted with your new friend.
2. Bring in the family (even the four-legged members) to meet your prospective pet.
3. Once you've made a decision, head to the ACS Adoption Center to complete your adoption.
NOTE: Adoptions are processed 30 minutes prior to closing time.

Lifetime registered microchip & tag
Rabies vaccination
Flea and tick prevention
First round of vaccinations
NOTE: Pets under the age of four months will need to be brought back to receive their rabies shots.
