What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This is Thunder! He is 6 months old as of 9/24/24. Right now he is a strong 80lb pup, and from his parents we were told that he will grow to be 100-120 lbs.
Thunder is a well-behaved pup who is potty trained, leash trained, and is making great progress with crate training. He likes to play tug of war, catch, and with his toys a few times a day. He has a lot of puppy energy. He generally enjoys 1 walk a day and tends to nap when I work from home.
With a wagging tail and a friendly disposition, Thunder exhibits a gentle and patient demeanor that makes him the ideal playmate for canine camaraderie. He is high-energy and often wants to play with the dogs he meets. His dog friends tend to be the same size as him.
We are having to rehome Thunder because I am now pregnant and unable to give him the care that he needs. I am excited to find the best new home for him as he grows up. We are looking for a loving home that is seeking a large, playful dog, and one that has a yard ideally.
