Meet Hilda, the sweetest little Shepherd mix pup! This energetic bundle of joy, along with her sister and mom, was recently surrendered to FDHS when their previous owner could no longer care for them. Expected to grow into a 50-60 pound beauty, Hilda has a bright future ahead—and she’s looking for the perfect family to share it with!

As a higher-energy breed, Hilda will thrive with plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation. She’s incredibly smart, and with some training and guidance, she’ll become a well-mannered, loyal companion. Like all puppies, she’ll need a home that can dedicate time to her growth, providing love, patience, and structure as she learns the ropes of life.

Once an application is filled out for animal of interest, the adoption coordinator and director will review app.
*Vet reference- will call vet and verify you are a client
*Current pets- must be up to date on vaccinations
*If renting- will contact landlord to verify can have pets
Can take 1-3 days for approval or denial. Please be patient with us.
Animals are not first come, first serve. We work to find the best homes possible for not only the adopters, but our animals.
