Why I need a new home

Found or abandoned

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet little girl was abandoned in a cat carrier on the side of a road near our home late one night when the temperature was over 100 degrees with 6 newborn kittens. We have found good homes for all the kittens, but this little mama still needs a forever home. She has obviously experienced some trauma, but seems to really want to have human friends. She loves to play with toys on strings and eat treats from your hands, though it will take some time before she is comfortable with loves from a new person. Once she trusts you, you can pet and play with her.

She has been contained to one room in our home, and we don't know how she will get along with other cats, but she seems to tolerate our medium sided dog. She uses the litterbox all the time, and eats both wet and dry food.
