My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pocus, a playful and curious little pup who loves to be in the middle of the action! He's got just the right amount of confidence and is always seeking attention from his favorite humans. While Pocus enjoys a quick cuddle, he'd much rather be off exploring the world around him. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion who keeps life exciting, Pocus is your guy!

More about this shelter

The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center (formerly the Riverside Humane Society) is an Adoption Guarantee Organization that takes in healthy, adoptable animals.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, updated on all vaccinations and microchipped upon adoption. They enjoy indoor, comfortable kennels and are socialized by volunteers on a regular basis.

Our mission is to eliminate the suffering of homeless cats and dogs by:

•Providing humane care for pets in transition
•Facilitating adoptions to loving homes
•Providing humane and pet overpopulation education to the public
•Supporting sterilization of companion animals
