Meet Daisy!

Daisy was adopted from us two years ago and just recently returned.

When Daisy first came to us she needed an FHO surgery and was barely getting around. She had her surgery and did great with recovery!

Unfortunately she is now back with us and has gained quite a bit of weight, which is hard on her hips. We are working on getting her back in shape but all in all she is doing great!

Daisy can be weary with strangers in the home from what we were told but she has been such an angel here with us and is happy to see everyone. She wiggles her entire body around in excitement and smiles from ear to ear when we approach her cage.

We can hardly get a picture of her because of her happy feet dancing around in excitement whenever she sees you.

Daisy originally came to us from a shelter where she was at risk of being euthanized for space. We don't get a ton of info on these dogs so we don't know much about her history but it is clear she is a lover girl!

We believe she was not properly socialized with other animals at an appropriate age and with her history of her surgery and possibly being painful in the future, she is looking to be the only pet in the home.

Daisy would adore being an only child and loved on the way she deserves. She knows her commands, is house/potty trained, loves comfy beds, tasty treats, and above all being loved unconditionally.

Although this sweet girl has been through a lot of ups and downs in her life, she is still so optimistic and so hopeful for her future. We just know there is a perfect family out there waiting for a dog like Daisy!

She is estimated to be around 5 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us. She is also on joint supplements and a medication to help with her anxiety.

Daisy did like to run out of her house and cause mischief which is how she ultimately ended up back here with us. She is looking for a family that will make sure she cannot go running out of the front door and get into trouble.
