My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Storm is ~2.5 yrs old, current on vaccinations, spayed, house broken, and has had some obedience training.
As you can see she has a beautiful and unusual coat & markings - sort of looks like camouflage against a hardwood floor making her a stealth GSD - LOL.

Owners reluctantly need to rehome her due to personal issues. She is smart, people friendly and good with other large/young dogs that can match her energy level. She weighs about 75 lbs and appears to have good conformation. She is capable of doing just about anything with appropriate training.

Storm has lots of young dog energy and loves to run. She needs an active owner with a large fenced yard and the time to play/interact/exercise daily. No cats, small dogs or young children. Owners has medical records and will answer any questions for approved adopters. Storm is currently in the Tampa area.

PLEASE NOTE: Vet check and a home with securely fenced yard required – NO EXCEPTIONS ! NO calls please, email only. Adoption Donation: $150. More about this rescue

FOCCAS, Inc. - Shepherd & Husky Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit 100% volunteer organization formed in 2010 to assist in rescuing, re-homing and providing for the medical needs of homeless pets in Citrus County.

FOCCAS, Inc. is a registered charity in the State of FL and has 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. We have no paid employees or directors. We are 100% volunteer-based. All donations are used to help the animals. Our volunteers & fosters provide their own transportation for themselves and rescue pets to adoption events, veterinary care, and other rescue groups. Often our pets require extensive medical care for conditions or injuries sustained prior to their arrival @ our rescue. Surgeries and x-rays are the most common. We rely entirely on donations and fundraising efforts.
