My name is Taco!

Taco is a 1.5 year old female gerbil who came to us due to allergies in the home.

She used to live with another gerbil, Ingrid, but the two declanned and are now living separately. Poor Taco got the short end of the stick and one of her front paws was injured, she holds it a bit differently but it is fully healed and she has no problem running, digging, and playing like any other gerbil.

Taco is a very funny and friendly gerbil. She loves chewing on wood, digging in her enclosure, and burying her water bottle spout. She is pretty easy to pick up and will sit in your hand without jumping off (usually). She seems to enjoy time out of her enclosure with her humans!

We would love for Taco to go to a home with another gerbil to bond with, but would be okay with her being a solo gerbil as well in a home that can give her a lot of love.

We can meet for adoptions within 1 hour of Minneapolis, MN. Potentially further- please inquire and we can discuss!
