My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Edison, a delightful 4-month-old kitten eagerly searching for his forever home!** Rescued alongside his siblings as a tiny newborn, Edison has grown into a playful and affectionate little explorer with a zest for life.

Edison is always up for a good time! He loves to chase after any toy that captures his interest, whether it's a crinkly ball, a wand toy, or even a simple piece of string. His playful antics and curious nature are sure to bring joy and laughter into your home. Edison shares a strong bond with his siblings and would thrive in a loving environment where he can have a feline friend to join him in his antics and cuddle sessions.

This adventurous little guy needs a home that offers plenty of space to run, play, and explore new surroundings. He enjoys interactive playtime and will appreciate a variety of toys to keep his playful spirit engaged. Edison is sweet-natured, but he can be a little cautious around dogs, so a dog-free home would be the best fit for him.

If you're looking for a spirited and loving companion to light up your life, Edison is the perfect match! Prepare for endless playtime, heartwarming cuddles, and a lifetime of happiness with this charming little furball!

More about this rescue

At Oakbrook Cat Rescue, we are a dedicated team of passionate volunteers united by our love for cats. As a no-kill rescue group, we provide a safe haven for both kittens and adult cats, ensuring they thrive in loving foster homes instead of cages. Our mission is to shower every feline in our care with compassion while offering essential services such as spaying, neutering, vaccinating, microchipping, and conducting FIV/FeLV combo tests.

We believe that every cat, whether a playful kitten or a wise old soul, deserves a second chance at happiness. In addition to caring for our adoptable cats, we support our community by assisting with the needs of feral and community cats whenever we can, helping to provide care and resources for local colonies.

From the most affectionate to the shyest, Oakbrook Cat Rescue is devoted to finding each of them a forever home filled with love. Together, we strive to make a difference—one paw at a time.
