Libby and Lucy are 3 year old Miniature Goldendoodle sisters. They weigh about 14 pounds each. They are very loving - we sit together on the sofa after playtime for cuddles. They give the best kisses!! Libby and Lucy came to rescue from a commercial breeding kennel, but these girls are quick learners! They sit on command and do very well on leashed walks. We are working on house training - they will signal, letting you know when they need to potty. They are not yet completely house trained, but they are responding well to training. They go out each morning and after meals. We have been on several car rides and they are fine in the car. These girls are doing well with socializing. They still shy away from strangers moving quickly towards them, but are learning to feel safe with people they know. Libby and Lucy are sweet Miniature Goldendoodle sisters who need a family who will adopt them both, and give them the time and attention they need to live their best life. They are fostering in the Southeast area of the USA.

More about this rescue
Shih Tzu and Furbaby Rescue, Inc. is a national rescue organization that is dedicated to the rescuing and rehoming of toy purebred and mixed breed dogs. We accept dogs in need from shelters, other rescuers, and individuals giving up their pets for a variety of reasons. Our furbabies are examined and treated by our veterinarians, innoculated, and spayed or neutered before placement. They are also thoroughly temperament assessed. We believe that, somewhere, there is a home for every dog, but that we have a responsibility to place our dogs into homes that will best meet their needs, both physically and emotionally. We look for people with patience and loving hearts, and an understanding of the furbaby mind.
Shih Tzus and Furbabies, Inc is a non-profit organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Your donation may be tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
