My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pansy is the Cleopatra of the cat world in terms of looks and personality. This stunning, long-haired, dilute calico is so beautiful in looks and so sweet in temperament that she is most likely going to be a foster-fail if we don't find that perfect adoptive new home for her. Her silky, long fur coat has the beautiful, muted pattern often associated with Monet's watercolor paintings. Despite the fact that we need to stay on top of regular brushing to keep those locks shiny and glossy, it's well worth the effort to see such a gorgeous queen of a cat, parading around and showing off that luxurious coat.

With huge, black-rimmed, golden eyes in a delicate, triangular face, our little Pansy will happily spend the day gazing lovingly at her humans. She loves nothing better than to roll over on her back and exposing her luxurious fur coat for caresses and rubs. This sweetheart of a cat simply thrives on human social interaction and touch. Pansy is gentle in nature and gets along with all other animals in her foster home. Every guest who visits Pansy 's foster home has been totally charmed by her beauty and loving personality. There are just not enough words to describe her charming appeal.

We are looking for experienced cat owners who are well-versed in the needs of a long-haired cat. Regular brushings with the correct grooming tools are a must for this lovely creature to stay matte-free and to keep that stunning coat looking its best.

Please text 214 621 1139 if you are interested in meeting Pansy and adopting her. We will be interviewing selectively to find the best match possible for our beautiful girl.

Note: We do a vet reference check and we cannot adopt to households with unvaccinated pets or pets that are not fixed. Please make sure you have a suitable guardian in place for your pets should something happens to prevent you from caring for said pets.

More about this rescue

Our Mission Statement:
To match every cat or kitten within our foster program with a permanent, loving family.

We are a small network of rescue volunteers based in the DFW area who are banding together to foster and adopt out rescued cats and kittens!

Our cats and kittens come to us under a variety of conditions: Some of our cats were rescued from hoarding situations or surrendered by their owners, while others were found by good Samaritans after being dumped and abandoned. Some of our mother cats were tossed out, pregnant and malnourished, because their owners never spayed them and did not want litters of kittens in their homes. Our luckiest kittens were born inside our fosters' homes and have known nothing but love and affection from humans. Each of our cats and kittens has been through a big journey and has a unique story to tell.

We all work towards a common goal of finding these sweet, loving cats a wonderful forever home where they will be cherished and pampered for the rest of their lives.
