Maui was rescued from a kill shelter as a puppy and has grown up in rescue. This sweet boy has a gentle nature and looks into your eyes in such a soulful way. He allows the other small dog he stays with to eat his food. He has done well with all the dogs he has been with so far. He really just needs to be loved and enjoyed for the special pet he is meant to be. He is healthy, neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. BARC is a non profit rescue serving Brantley County Georgia and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to assist in the care and rehoming of homeless companion animals who have been abandoned or discarded. We also aim to educate the public on the importance of proper pet care and sterilization so that unwanted litters will not continue to contribute to the problem of homeless pets.
