My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Virgo! I grew up with Gemini and she's my bestest friend ever, so I'm up for adoption with her as a bonded pair. I'm the shy one. I always want to be around the action, but from a distance. I'm the one that's gonna sneak up on the bed and sleep at your feet without a sound.
I like playing with wand toys and am super curious about what's going on outside. I love looking out windows and watching the world go by. I'm all in for treats and will let you pet me, especially when I'm eating. I can be chatty and want to be near you because I'm so curious.
Please know, I'm never going to be your adventure cat. A sunny window or well-secured catio is ok, but I'm not gonna be one for leash training or outdoor wandering. Please come meet us and give us a chance at a forever home. You won't be disappointed!

NOTE: In the interest of serving as many cats as possible, Bitty Kitty Brigade may promote a cat being taken care of by our friends and supporters. The cat in this posting is NOT a Bitty Kitty Brigade cat and any adoption that may occur is an arrangement strictly between two independent parties.

Additional adoption info

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!

By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
