Pretty and Perfect....That's Our Penelope!

This little cutie is Penelope and she is a female, approximately 1 year old, 16lb Pug. Penelope was found tied up to a pole in front of a home which the ring camera caught everything. Thankfully, a very kind woman took her in and reached out to our rescue to see if we could bring her into our foundation...and we said yes! Penelope is such a perfect little pup! She is happy, loving, and great with people, dogs, and cats. We are looking for a home for her with owners that are pug savvy/prior pug owners and have another sweet little dog (hopefully another pug). Owners that are not gone long hours during the day would be ideal. Penelope is such a special little dog that we want to find her the best forever home out there!

Please contact us at: gina@theforgottendog.org or 310-990-2020

Penelope is microchipped, vaccinated, and will be spayed soon.

We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles Areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required.

More about this rescue

THE FORGOTTEN DOG FOUNDATION rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes shelter, stray, abused and abandoned dogs. Our goal is to place our rescues in foster homes rather than in boarding facilities. After temperament assessment, needed veterinary services, and lots of attention and socialization we carefully screen and place these dogs in loving forever homes.
