My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh, look at sweet James, this darling mini Aussiedoodle puppy. He absolutely loves playing. He plays with toys, plays with his canine buddy, and play with the neighbor kids. James loves to explore and is always sniffing around, finding all sorts of treasure. He is so curious that he just likes to sit and watch his foster mom do pretty much anything.

James is deaf so he is working on hand signals. He’s getting the hang of crate training and potty training and is learning to walk well on a leash. He takes many long walks every day and is really enjoying his outings.

James loves absolutely everyone. He thinks every person and every kid is fantastic and greets even strangers with kisses and attention. He does great with other dogs and is just such a happy guy. He’d love a home with a friendly dog or kids who are old enough to play with him. James would do best with a family who isn’t gone long chunks of the day and who loves the sweetness and energy of a young puppy.

James is being fostered in the St. Louis area.

The first step in adoption will be to fill out an application. Once the application is approved, we will contact you. We may also request a home visit which will be done by one of our volunteers. Our goal is to not only find our pups a safe home but ensure it is a good match for the adopter and the pup.

Our adoption donation fee is $300.00. This includes the spay/neuter and the pup being current on vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped.
