Elmer is a friendly and happy German Shepherd & Great Dane mix. He was adopted from our rescue as a puppy and was not treated well. He was found by animal control and returned to I'm Your Huckleberry Rescue. He came back to us very timid and underweight. He has recovered well and he's very well balanced considering his past. He is very friendly and he wants to please. He loves people and other dogs. He travels well on a car and walks well on a leash. He is truly a gentle giant with a big heart.

I'm Your Huckleberry Rescue, Inc. is a 501(3)(c) non profit corporation located in Pineville, MO. Incorporated in 2017 with the goal of finding permanent homes for lost, injured, abandoned and surrendered dogs and cats in Mc Donald and Newton counties. All animals are given a health check, vaccinations, heartworm test and neutered before being placed. Currently consist of a network of foster homes.
