For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear was rescued off the streets in May, and he’s been the sweetest companion ever since. He absolutely adores people and thrives on cuddles and kisses. While he’s not the biggest fan of other dogs, Bear is very smart and picks up on training quickly. He’s completely house-trained, crate-trained, and potty-trained – ready to be your loyal, well-behaved buddy!
Unfortunately, due to upcoming life changes (I’m graduating and my grandfather, who can no longer watch him, has been diagnosed with cancer), I’m looking for a loving new home for Bear.
He comes with everything you’ll need: his crate, a cozy blanket, collar, leash, toys, water and food bowls, a comb, and shampoo.
If you’re ready to welcome this affectionate, loyal boy into your life, please reach out! Bear will bring so much love and joy into your home.
