Thelma is a 2-year-old white Chow who joined HCCC with her sister Louise after spending some time at a shelter. While she was a happy girl at first, she soon became overwhelmed and timid as her time at the shelter continued. Now that she is with her foster, her sweet personality is returning. Although Thelma loves her sister Louise, she would love to find her forever family even more!
