My name is Mookie!

Mookie is just over one year old, born September 6, 2023. He is an extremely lovable, curious, energetic boy who gets very excited to meet other humans and other dogs. He has a mind of his own and sometimes needs to be told a few times to perform commands that he is quite capable of doing. He is extremely strong and quite hard to handle on the leash when we encounter other humans or dogs while on our walks. I am not as strong as I used to be and my husband has serious health issues which means that I am Mookie's only caregiver. I feel that Mookie is not being served well by us because of these issues. He needs to be with younger more energetic people who can give him more exercise than he is getting from us.
