Here's what the humans have to say about me:
IN Auburn, ME-Hello world! My name is Cherry Bomb, Cherry for short! I was born in Texas to my purebred Australian Shepherd mom and then rescued from a kill shelter. Not sure who my dad was! Here's some cool info about me! I'm almost 6 months old, I have a short little bobtail, voluptuous red hair, and blue eyes! (One of my eyes has a teeny bit of brown) Yeah,
I'm pretty gorgeous! I've had my shots and tests. I have a microchip too! I'm small, only 16 lbs, and will probably weigh around 30 lbs when I'm grown. I sleep so good in my crate, but I don't chew stuff if I am left out to play with my foster siblings. My foster mom says I do pretty good going potty outside, but I sometimes forget. I'll do better, I know it!
I love our walks, but sometimes I pull a bit still. Good thing I'm small! New people are the best! I'm a little shy with meeting new dogs, but once I know I'm safe, let me at 'em for play time! My kitty friends are great for cuddles! Riding in the car makes me sleepy, so I lay down and nap, but it means I get to go somewhere fun! Playing with my foster siblings is awesome, but I am just as happy cuddling on the couch. My foster mom says I have a great 'off-switch.' I think I have springs in my legs. I can jump SUPER high and love to chase my tennis ball. Foster mom says I am super sweet GOOD GIRL and she would love to keep me, but I guess the 'inn is full!' I would love to find my Furever home, is that with you?
Here is he app: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which covers registration and transfer to my new furever family, a REFUNDABLE $50 spay deposit which is refunded upon proof of spay, and a $125 transport fee which is partial reimbursement for professional transport from Texas to Maine. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts
