My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm in a Foster Home! To adopt me, email my foster parent at Carolchapman@yahoo.com.

Omar is a curious, energetic guy who always finds time to be snuggly and friendly with just about everyone he meets. Omar seems to do well with children, cats, and other dogs. On a recent field trip, a volunteer noted that Omar is great with their toddler-aged kids (he was very gentle with her 2 and 4 year old children). He enjoyed meeting other people while out on walks and was calm when other dogs were nearby. He was curious but not overly interested in the cat in the home. He's easy to walk and learning to check-in from time to time while also scouring the neighborhood for new friends and all the snacks.

Omar was found as a stray. He was SOOOO HAPPY and friendly when he was saved. Omar is cute, curious and enjoys getting outside with the volunteers to play and sniff around. And a volunteer recently said this about me: "I had the pleasure of spending some quality time with Omar who loves to play fetch but loved some pets and treats even more. He was gentle and kind and easy to walk. His golden fur is equally as impressive as his adorable nature. Some family is going to be excited to adopt this amazing dog."
