My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Halley....
This little lady has alot of personality....
Halley was pulled from a puppy mill in Wisconsin. She was unable to be sold to the pet store chains. Halley is 12 week old female Shih poo. Fully hypoallergenic. She may be tiny in size, but her personality is huge. Halley is very social, confident and friendly. She is a very local player as well. We describe her as " Alot of dog". Halley will max out in weight around 11 or 12 pounds. Halley will make a great addition to any family looking for an active, social, vocal sassy girl...
Using a wee wee pad for potty training. Being fostered in Rockland County NY
