My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ernie is a big silly orange boy. He has a little tiny meow and squeaks. He likes belly rubs and chasing his fishing pole/ wand toy. He is curious and loves to explore new spaces. Ernie enjoys keeping you company and hiding under the bed covers. He will do well in a calm and low stress home.

Ernie has a history of urinary blockage (FLUTD) and is currently on medication and will need to be on prescription urinary diet. Feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD) is a general term for a variety of conditions that affect a cat`s bladder or urethra. These conditions can include urinary tract infections and bladder stones. Stressors like moving, changes in routine, or living with other cats can also increase the risk.

Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information. ** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
