Hiya! My name is Piper Jean and I'm a beautiful black German Shepherd mix who is almost 1yr old. I'm located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.
Here are some fun facts about me & my ideal home!
1. I was living life in an outside kennel, in poor conditions. I was about to be taken to animal control to be euthanized when IDGSR stepped in and rescued me!
2. I am KID friendly! In my previous home, there was a toddler girl who loved me and we were best of pals. With proper introductions I'm sure I'll be just fine in a home with kids.
3. I have HIGH energy! I love to run, play, and explore everything! I need a safe fenced in backyard to run and play in.
4. I would absolutely love to go on adventures! Do you like walking, hiking, running, swimming, or chasing waterfalls? Me too! Let's go on cool trips together, especially this fall!
5. I need the standard training of basic & advanced obedience. I am a young gal who has lots of energy & I need to learn how to harness it. Will you paw-promise to train me to my fullest potential?
6. My ideal home is with a loving person or family. If you have a friendly large male dog, I'm sure we will get along. As mentioned above, I'm KID friendly.
7. My personality is blossoming now that I'm in the safety of the rescue. I'm sweet, friendly, learning to trust and love again, and I'm overall a lovely young lady. If you are looking for the most loyal companion - I'm your gal!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
