My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pet's Story:
Hi, my name is Rigel! It's pronounced "Reagal," but I was named after the constellation. I'm 7 years old and 50-60 lbs of pure love. I'm staying with my grandpa right now, because my mom moved and there's a breed restriction. Grandpa says I can stay with him for a while, but I need to find my forever home!
I'm just a playful little hippo who loves being around people and getting butt scratches.
I don't really like other dogs, and I'm not always the best around small kids because I don’t know my size. I just love people so much, I get sooo excited, but I promise I'm not mean! I'm housebroken and crate trained. I don't chew or dig. I'm usually pretty quiet, but I will bark to let you know someone is at the door, ya know, in case if the knocking wasn't obvious enough.
Will you please give me a chance? I promise I'll love you for as long as you let me.

With love and hope,
Rigel 🦛🐾
