He is very cute, shy, sweet, attentive, obedient and loves the attention of his person while he patiently waits for his new home. Phineas would love to have an loving family that will include him on grand adventures. He is a smart baby as he knows how to sit all by herself which is awesome! He may know more and would be the perfect student if someone would take the time to teach him. With your PATIENCE, love and guidance, he is going to need you now more than ever. Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
