Birdie is a pretty black and white female cat with a gentle, shy demeanor at first. Once she warms up, she absolutely loves pets and enjoys playful moments with her toys. Her sweet nature shines through when she feels comfortable, making her the perfect companion for someone who can give her the time and love she needs to build trust. If you're looking for a loving cat who will reward you with affection and playful energy, Birdie is ready to find her forever home! This sweet girl has some food allergies and follows a special diet. She is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date with vaccinations, flea-treated, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed. Her birthday is estimated to be around 5/1/2015.

Interview

We'll have a conversation to find out what kind of pet you are looking for and help you pick someone who will fit with your lifestyle!

Meet the Pet

By-appointment and virtual meet and greets are made with our adoption counselors to meet the cat(s) you are interested in!

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

We go over medical information and the adoption contract over the phone. The contract is signed virtually and adoption appointment is set.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Set up everything at home, and bring the adoption donation and a carrier - it's adoption day!

Milltown Adoption Center is open to the public Wed + Fri from 5 - 7 and Sat + Sun from 12 - 4. Private appointments available for approved adopters.

The mission of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is to provide a safe and peaceful haven for homeless, abandoned or abused animals. We will help decrease the number of cats and dogs being destroyed in kill shelters through the work of our foster, spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return, and education programs.

The vision of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is a world where every companion animal is respected, fed, warm, happy, and not in danger of being killed because it is temporarily homeless.
