My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stevie, a sweet 6-month-old Husky with boundless energy and a heart full of love! Stevie is a classic working dog who thrives on activity, making her the perfect companion for someone with an active lifestyle. Whether it's hiking, running, or just a day of play, Stevie is always ready for an adventure.

She’s great with everyone she meets—humans, dogs, and even cats! Her playful, friendly nature makes her a joy to be around. Stevie is also fully vetted, so she’s healthy and ready to settle into her forever home. If you're looking for a loyal and energetic best friend, Stevie is the one for you!

More about this rescue

Mission -

Active Paws rescue will help pets in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach.

Vision -

Active Paws Rescue would love to see that every animal knows love and kindness. No animal should have to endure needless neglect and suffering. We will provide a voice to those that need it most.

We believe in not only helping the animals but educating our local communities on how to do better.

Active Paws Rescue strongly believes in spaying and neutering all pets. All our adoptable dogs will be fully vetted before adoption.
