Anna was born in Jan 2024. When she was just born, she and other baby dogs were put in a cardboard box and abandoned in an open market. We guess that she was discarded maliciously obviously. When they were abandoned, they were so small that they still weren't able to open their eyes. Our rescue found them, and felt sad while seeing them struggling to survive. As a result, we decided to take them home. We took care of them, and fed them by bottle feeding them for 3-4 a day till they were around 2 months old.

Anna is very sweet and friendly, but she is a little shy and super calm, and fond of outdoor activities. She gets along with other dogs, and people! When Anna meets the cat, she always keeps a distance and is calm, Anna is not interested in cats, she likes little kids, and she likes to join people with all of the interesting things. She loves being surrounded by people. She loves eating, rolling on soft grass yard, and of course sleeps under warm sunshine.

Anna is used to eating grain-free dry dog food mixed with meat/egg or wet food. She also loves cheese, chewing chicken and duck treats. She feels happy with the puppy patty with no salt, and it's a very good way to train her. She behaves, and she does not bark too much, she likes to snuggle with you, and loves being pet by you.

Anna is a good match for a young, active or gentle family. This family can take her walks, hiking, camping, workout or stay at home very quiet....Her smile and happiness will bring people lots of joy. Right now she is looking for a warm and sweet family, a family who will love her forever.

The meaning of adoption is not gaining a free and 100% perfect dog. Instead, the meaning is a poor and helpless animal gets a new life and sweet home because of you. Please open your heart and your sweet home. If you are interested in Anna, or want to help her, Please contact us.

* We opened Anna for adoption in U.S. and Canada, You are welcome to fill out our online application *

We are looking for a family who understands the patience and responsibility required to raise a pet. It is important to us.

More about this rescue

Furry smiles International Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in USA, and BC registry non-profit association in Canada.

We do not have a physical shelter location. We rely on our network with many fosters in the different area, who provide our dogs with love and care during transition from rescue, medical, foster to adoption.

Our International rescue dogs will be flying to Canada, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York....or other city once the adoption is confirmed.

Furry Smile International Rescue ( FSIR) have been working hard to improve the welfare of dogs/cats since 2005 irrespective of their breed, medical condition or age.

All of our amazing volunteers donate their time because of their passion for helping dogs. We feel passionately that our role is not simply deal with the consequence of irresponsible ownership, but to also tackle the root causes and reduce the number of dogs needing to access the animal welfare system.

Our rescue ; we take care of them; we try to train them to be socialized; we find them a good home and we make sure dog/cat is living happily hereafter. We also believe in the therapeutic role that dogs can play in our local community. Our vision is a future where all pets are provided with a responsible and loving home for life.
