Gorda is a beautiful one year old medium hair Tortie with a super soft coat, the most interesting markings, a splash of black down her forehead to nose, two orange feet, and two tortie feet. She has a serene expression on her face and large olive green eyes. Gorda is a sweet and loving girl sure to melt your heart! She is always ready to charm you with her gentle purrs and friendly nature. Whether she’s chasing her favorite toy mouse, or engaging in a playful game of hide-and-seek, Gorda’s playful energy is sure to make you smile. One of her favorite pastimes is watching birds and squirrels from the window. Gorda has an easy going, affectionate personality, and she loves companionship, making her the perfect addition to a home with other Cats, or as a solo Cat companion to humans. All applicants are screened thru our application process. Visitors are welcome at any time to meet and spend time with our animals. Our information is listed if our volunteers are not onsite to answer any and all questions you may have. Potential adoptors are encouraged to call ahead to make sure the Animal they want to meet is in the cattery as some of our Animals are in foster homes.

More about this rescue

Cat Connection 501(c) is a non-profit Cat and Dog rescue organization officially established in 1996. We rescue Cats and Dogs from the shelters and streets, take care of their medical and socialization and adopt them into new homes. Cat Connection is an all volunteer group with no paid staff. All donations and money raised goes directly to the care of our Animals.

Cat Connection Animal rescues include: Los Angeles County and City shelters, Animals from homes that can no longer keep them and sick and injured Animals from the streets.

Animals that come into Cat Connection are fully vetted, including testing for FELV/FIV, vaccinations, de-worming and treated for any illnesses and medical conditions.

Cat Connection is a no-kill Rescue Group; all animals stay with us in our Cattery or foster homes until placed into a permanent home.

We offer the public the courtesy of posting their Animals on our Adoption sites and social media if they need to re-home them.
