Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bono is a bright, alert and curious boy with a ton on energy. He was rescued from an Oklahoma Kill shelter and transported to New England to find his furever home.
He’s always ready to go, exploring new places and meeting new people. This boy is anything but shy. In fact he’s quite curious and forward, going up to greet new people and seeking their attention. He’s a big boy, tall, long and lanky, like his Australian Shepherd Stock Dog ancestors. And he’s fast.
A fenced in yard or a nearby park would be ideal so he can run and play to work off some energy. We anticipate he could grow to the 60-65 lb range when full grown.
Bono has great potential as an Adventure dog. If you are into running, hiking, climbing, biking, camping, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, this is the companion you have been lookin for. Or if you participate in dog sports like agility, fast cat, disk, fly ball, or barn hunt, this is your next competition partner.
Bono is working on his leash walking. And on housebreaking. He’s improving every day. He does well in his crate. But he’d rather be with his people… working hard to please them.
If your looking for a partner for new adventures in the great outdoors, then Bono may be the pup for you.
Here is the application:

There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new furever family, a REFUNDABLE $50 neuter deposit which will be refunded upon proof of neuter and a $150 transport fee which is a portion of what we were charged for professional transport from Oklahoma to Maine.
All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.
