My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brooks is a 3 1/2 year old Lab Husky mix that is a fabulous dog. He could live with female dogs with a slow introduction and children over 10. He is pretty strong on a leash but has been getting some training here at the shelter on not pulling as well as sit, heel and stay. He is not great with cats and small critters like most Huskey dogs. Please call 802-892-5300 for more information or fill out the online application at www.riversideanimalrescue.org

More about this rescue

Riverside Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to placing homeless or unwanted pets into loving, forever homes. We were formed in 2003 because of the overwhelming number of homeless pets in our area. Since then we have adopted out hundreds of dogs/puppies and ats/kittens, along with several other small critters. We are a no kill shelter so everyone gets a chance for a forever home. Our shelter is financed solely by donations, we are not government funded, and we are staffed by volunteers.
